As your Buyer-Broker, here is what you can expect from me:
- Help you buy any home - homes listed by other companies, by owner, or even by builder, at no cost to you
- Help you understand your options for financing your home and help you obtain a mortgage
- Use our web-based Multiple Listing Service to tell you about all the new listings that meet your criteria
- Show you all the forms and paperwork
- Work for you and negotiate on your behalf
- Help you find qualified inspectors, appraisers, attorney or any other professional you need. I have extensive, tested resources
- Tell you if I see something or know something you should or would want to know about the home you are considering buying
- Never pressure you
- Treat your money as my own and always negotiate professionally yet aggressively on your behalf
- Be present at your home inspection
- Help you interpret the home inspection results and work with you and your attorney for an equitable resolution of issues
- Be present at your pre-closing walk-through inspection
- Be present at your closing celebration
- Always return your phone calls within 24 hours (except Sundays)
- Always say "I don't know" if I don't know. Never make up an answer. Make my best effort in obtaining answers to your questions
- Outline your choices and options, but never tell you what to do
- Put your interests first. Frankly that is how my interests are best served. Happy clients are my biggest asset.
